Fensport GR Yaris - build and modifications for 2024

 

X Shift 7 speed sequential gearbox with transfer case lubrication and carbon shifter :)

 

Along with the new gearbox we fitted the Xtreme Rigid centre 184mm Twin Plate clutch & steel flywheel

 

New race spec cylinder head, in house custom porting with Supertech valves and valve springs. Also added for safety is the Denstoj rocker retainer kit

 

Mishimoto supplied their M Line intercooler which we modified with our own pipes and added tags for the carbon air ducts

 

Hel Track spec 405mm wide oil cooler kit was also installed 

 

A new Garrett G25-660 was installed along with Funk motorsport turbo blanket, exhaust wrap and a new custom intake to give more clearance over the exhaust manifold to reduce intake temps.

 

A wheel change was also on the cards for 2024 and we chose the 2Forge ZF1's finished in white and using the Toyo 888r. The wheels are 18x10 and tyre size is 265/35x18.

Further weight saving and additional aero work included opening up the rear bumper to reduce drag

2024 Javelin Sprint Championship - 2nd Overall

Adrian: Well its been a tough and challenging year, Richard took the title with his new 3.6 litre twin turbo Impreza and although we tried, we couldn't match his pace this year. Congratulations to Richard Wright (below left) on the win and also to Chris Edwards (below right) in 3rd overall in his rapid Mazda 323 :)
